How to repair a laptop that has no display
Here is a video on how to repair a laptop that does not appear, caused due to damage to the VGA chip with reballing technique.
The laptop that I use is a TOSHIBA L645 brand laptop that uses ATI RADEON VGA with code (216-0774007).
This process we use without replacing the chip, we just simply do the re-installation of the ball tin (reballing).
