Second flight of Soarbird .
This was a much longer flight , but cut short because elevator broke free from the tail section. EPO gets brittle in thin places over time. so EPO hinges are a no go on a 7 year old plane. .
Time for hing tape or actual mechanical hinges the Ailerons were showing separation as well. . Video cut off well before end of flight for some reason. Total flight time here was just over 25 min. with still some battery left. 5042 triblade "quad"prop did pretty well given the original "folding" blades could not take 4s speeds.
