What Jesus Taught About Divorce and Remarriage
Divorce and remarriage, according to Jesus, is really quite simple. Yet Christians everywhere either ignore what Jesus taught, or they jump to the "except for fornication" clause, as though Jesus was giving us permission to get re-married if we become "unequally yoked" with our current spouse. At the same time that sexual righteousness is going out the window, SELF-righteousness is more prevalent than ever, as churchies rush to condemn homosexuals. This video will look at Jesus' words and answer the following questions: What is adultery? Can I get a divorce? Can I remarry?
It is the goal of this channel to put Christ back into Christianity… the real Christ… the Christ of the four gospels. We are not about going to church, not even about that great big book called The Bible, or about all the big name salesmen who claim to be promoting Jesus today. This channel is about the Missing Piece, the Cornerstone... which Jesus predicted the builders would reject. The teachings of Jesus, as contained in the four gospels, are the key to understanding everything. In those teachings are to literally be found eternal life.
