boil potatoes
mash potatoes
add in eggs butter salt garlic powder mix then add in flour the mix till well combine then line board with cling wrap oil the cling wrap so the potatoe mash wont stick then flatten half of the mash once flat sprinkle cheese the top then top remaining the mash the spread to cover the cheese then transfer into baking dish then top with cheese optional
bake 180c for 35mins or till golden brown
