Update To Branch Procedures
We remain focused on protecting the health and safety of our members, associates and communities. Therefore, effective Monday, November 23, 2020, we will temporarily return our branch lobby access to a “by appointment only” model, which means that branch lobbies will not be open to members unless they have a scheduled appointment.
Additionally, our in-store Giant branches and Strawberry Square branch will be temporarily closed, but the ATMs will remain available for them to withdraw cash and make deposits.
