Enemy Player Tampering Xbox software to cheat - Modern Warfare 2 (2009)
Modern Warfare 2 is full of cheaters, Modders, and Xbox Enforcement is okay with that??? like Seriously.
The Enemy Team shown in video with the player with Colored Name is tampering xbox software and should be banned or even ip banned.
Code of Conduct briefly states to NOT tamper the software. this also applies to Activision's code of conduct briefly stating NOT to cheat.
