2 - Use your emotional state
3 - Train your laser phase
Follow the video to learn how to improve your active concentration. You'll improve your performance as a result!
The mere desire to concentrate isn't enough. Concentration must be trained!
Levels of concentration
1 - Poor concentration
It happens when we're almost distracted; something else is monopolizing our attention.
2 - Shallow concentration
When we're focused but feel like we have files still open in our heads. It happens when you're training and you think you still have to study, or that when you get home you'll find that particular family situation, or when you think that that girl or boy you like so much is waiting for you outside.
3 - Partial Concentration
This is the most common level of concentration. You're focused, but if something happens, you get distracted and often have difficulty refocusing.
4 - Active Concentration
You're the protagonist of your moment. You're focused and motivated to stay focused. It's an excellent level, but it takes effort to maintain a high level of concentration.
5 - Laser Phase
This is the highest and most effective level of concentration. It's only partially achieved with traditional training; in fact, it's achieved primarily by learning to throw away mental "garbage" and enter productive emotional states.
The laser phase allows you to be so focused that you're almost in a competitive trance.
Concentration Killers
All distractors:
Unproductive behavioral habits such as chatting, emails, text messages, phone calls, TV, etc.
Time management and the illusion of multitasking
Emotional states that cause a loss of concentration, such as fear, anxiety, frustration, etc.
Incorrect sleep management
Management of external stimuli, such as giving too much weight to external stimuli

This is the best question.
Confidence in your abilities or self-esteem
