These Miniature Bookshelves were made to go into my 1/12 Scale Grand Piano Room Box that I am making for the Miniature 1/12 Scale Grand Piano that I made – you can see that video at the following link;

The Bookshelves had some issues that I felt needed to be addressed – the ladder terminated in the middle of a shelf which would make trying to extract books from that shelf ridiculously difficult and annoying.
That is why I altered the design so that the ladder would terminate in line with a shelf… I also then had to change the design of the ladder to make it taller to fit the new design… then I decided to add a working wheel assembly to the base of the ladder so that it can easily be moved.
