The story takes place in 480 BC. The Persian army, under the command of Xerxes, invades Greece. Hundreds of thousands of soldiers arrive at the entrance to Thermopylae, a narrow passage giving access to central Greece. The 300 best Spartans, commanded by King Leonidas, defend this position.
