On this channel I do homesteading gardening cooking prepping crafts traveling and raising chickens.
Today's I'm making my mother's recipe of zucchini bread.
Recipe:
3 c.flour
2 c. Zucchini, shredded
1 c. oil
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
cooking oil to spray pan
muffin cups, spray inside with cooking spray
Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen muffins. 🧁
Possible additions: walnuts, pecans, chocolate chips
