Who is the new Khatib of Baitul Mukarram, Mufti Abdul Malek? The new Khatib of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque has been appointed as the Khatib by Islamic law expert and Hadith scholar Allama Mufti Abdul Malek. He is well known in Bangladesh and the entire Muslim world for his research activities on various subjects including Hadith. He studied higher Hadith for three years under Abdur Rashid Nomani and Fiqh for two years under Alem Taqi Usmani. Later, he did research work on Hadith for two and a half years with Abdul Fattah Abu Guddah in Saudi Arabia.
In 1998, his book Al-Madkhal Ila Ulumil Hadith Sharif was published, which is included as a textbook in various countries.
