How to build apex with semipermanent
This video is more likely a tutorial about how to properly remove a semipermanent manicure, how to correctly remove the cuticles and how to build the apex for a gel lac manicure. This type of manicure last longer and strengthens the nails, giving them a beautiful glossy effect. At the end of the movie, I will show you how to paint a simple but interesting design. The base coat I am using to creat the apex is a special base coat named rubber base coat. This kind of base is thicker, specially designed for apex gel lac manicure.
