Mouse Skipping? High CPU? Try this unexpected fix!
If you're nearly computer illiterate like myself, then sometimes these things seem to happen for no apparent reason. Today I'm going to explain how I easily fixed my PC issue, of a supremely laggy mouse, and my CPU not dipping below 20% when it's used to hanging out around 2-3%.
