Global production control in real time
In this video, management and production employees of thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components report on the successful rollout of the CPOS (Central Production Operating System) shopfloor management solution.
The system supports order processing on the shopfloor and reduces the workload. It provides workers with the necessary documents, visualizes KPIs on throughput times, rejects or downtimes in dashboards and enables smooth shift handovers. Management can view the production status and planning horizon live at any time and control it using key figures.
CPOS is the result of a strategic and dynamic partnership between thyssenkrupp and CONTACT Software. In close cooperation, both companies developed a new module for the CONTACT Elements offering, the Shopfloor Navigator:
