Don’t look down
In this time of thankfulness. I am thankful of course for family and friends. I am also happy that everyday can be better than the last. It isn’t always true, but it is possible. Sometimes we can make it better and sometimes life slaps your face. Either way tomorrow is always a new day. I am also thankful for those couple minutes, when I first wake up, when nothing has overtaken my mind. In those first minutes I’m content and happy. No anxiety, no depression, and for that brief moment no stress. Idk if this makes sense to anyone else, but if it does know this….you are not alone. You truly are not alone many more of us go thru this and we are here to listen. We must lean on each other. We will be ok. I am thankful. Don’t look down.
