Waffle Pan cast iron seasoning 5 heart shaped waffle maker equipped with a cast iron ring to allow rotation on the stove for complete cooking.

First I started this cleaning/restoration by soaking the pan in vinegar overnight, after which I cleaned with a fine steel wool. Then I started with the wire brush wheel on the drill.
Once all the old burnt and rust residues were removed, I washed everything carefully in hot soapy water.
I dried the pan with the heat gun in order to heat the cast iron before seasoning. For the seasoning I used flax seed oil, spreading the oil all over the surface, and drying it well with paper. In the oven for an hour at maximum temperature and I repeated the process three times so as to have a beautiful patina of a bronze color.
The final test could not be missing with a delicious tasting of the waffles with banana, cream and chocolate 😋
