We're starting a new project: "Can You Lose Weight on a 1400-Calorie Diet?" We're also ignoring the generally accepted rule that dinner should consist of vegetables and protein. We'll stick to the planned calorie intake only.

Denis heroically agreed to be our test subject.

To calculate the calorie content of a finished dish, we use a culinary calculator called "Calculate Calorie Content of a Finished Meal," downloaded from the Play Store.

Day two. So far, so good. I regret not starting the project with Denis, because we're eating together, and my husband has joined us. At least there's nothing extra, and variety is the key to success.

I guess...

Breakfast: OMELETTE IN LAVASH.
45g of pita bread, 1 raw egg. 60g, boiled chicken 50g, 20g 2.5% milk, 1g vegetable oil – 9 kcal.
Calories: 349 calories per dish.

Lunch. SOUP, COATED CHICKEN WITH PASTA, AND A MUFFIN.
Yesterday's soup 300g – 63 kcal.
And yesterday's cooked pasta 100g – 112 kcal, chicken under a fur coat 110g – 111 kcal, boiled beets 170g – 85 kcal. Denis also devoured an oatmeal muffin 72g – 115 kcal.
Lunch total: 63 (soup) + 112 (pasta) + 111 (chicken under a fur coat) + 85 (beets) + 115 (muffin) = 486 calories.
The video doesn't provide the exact details.

Dinner: CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE.
Champignon mushrooms - 110g, chicken breast - 220g, 1 raw egg - 60g, 6% milk (just homemade, unfortunately, I didn't have any other kind) - 30g, garlic - 10g, Russian cheese - 40g.
Total weight of the finished dish: 470g. Calories: 116 kcal per 100g.
SALAD: Chinese cabbage - 100g, tomato - 100g.
Salad without dressing: 38 kcal
Salad dressing: 108 g sour cream, 10 g hot Caucasian sauce, 2 g mustard, 5 g honey.
Sauce: 176 kcal per 100 g.
Dinner total: 186 (chicken and mushroom casserole, 160 g) + 38 (salad) + 88 (salad dressing, 50 g) = 312 kcal

For the whole day: 349 (breakfast) + 486 (lunch) + 312 (dinner) = 1147 kcal.
Also, late in the evening, Denis traditionally drank 250 g of kefir (125 kcal) and ate one marshmallow (150 kcal).

TOTAL: 1422 kcal on the second day.
We didn't quite make it again (the marshmallow is to blame again, we'll reduce it tomorrow))))
