Metabolite Identification: The Power of a DNN
This video offers an overview of my implementation of a neural network which solves a classification problem, which is to match a set of non-labelled metabolic data points to a set of labelled metabolic data points. In this video, I go over the code of my implementation and provide a brief overview of metabolites and how they work.
