If you want to learn Art, you've probably heard of the usuals like Drawing the Head and Hands by Andrew Loomis.
But what often isn't taught are the fundamental learning skills to train art efficiently.
With burn out and overwhelm happening so frequently in digital art, learning how to focus while you paint or schedule your time is paramount to a healthier and FASTER learning experience.

Additional Resources to learn Art and Learning Skills:

Atomic Habits
The Artists Way (This is a really good book)
How to Draw: Drawing and Sketching objects and Environments from your Imagination. (Very Technical book but very worth it) An alternative source to learn something along this like is Drawabox (A website), which a free, much simpler way, of getting used to perspective. You won't understand it at the same depth but you will get a very good understanding of 3D space almost intuitively the more you practice.
