This video shows IBM Slave or Secondary clocks from the earliest simple slave clocks to the finest self correcting or as IBM termed, "Self Regulating" slave clocks. This was the best synchronized time system for at least 50 years. The development of the quartz clock movement spelled the end for synchronized clock systems.
