V Rising - Octavian is over-tuned
Finally beat this boss solo. It took a ton of tries. 99% of my attempts were at 57. After getting to 58 I found the fight much more manageable. As such I would recommend being at least 58 to beat this boss. A full set of Merciless Hollowfang Gear, a Merciless Iron Weapon, and the highest level accessory you can wear at this time should get you to 60 or 61. As such the boss will be even easier then with this strategy.
