By seeing this video you can remove the name of the program or a game from "Uninstall
or a change a program" list which you have uninstalled already. When you made on the
uninstalled program in "Uninstall or a change a program" list it shows "you do not
have sufficient access to uninstall . Please contact your system administrator." this
video will be helpful to solve this problem.
