In a new EspacioT Test Drive, we hit the road to test the Trakker, which, thanks to its features, is positioned as a perfect vehicle for any work operation.
Together with Rodrigo Armijo, Head of Training and Technical Instruction at Andesmotor, IVECO's representative in Chile, we climbed aboard this yellow Euro 5 410 dump truck with a 13-liter engine and 410 HP.
This vehicle features a 16-speed ZF automated transmission with manual and automatic driving modes, allowing the operator to work quite comfortably, always assisted by the truck's electronics. It also features an auxiliary braking system that helps the operator drive very safely and efficiently.
It's a state-of-the-art heavy-duty truck, a 6x4 with a chassis that can carry over 32,000 kilos.
The cab is fully cushioned, allowing it to handle work without complications for the driver. It's a model adapted to the most severe conditions, with front and rear clearance angles that allow it to handle the slopes of any construction and mining site.
Its main advantage is its fuel-efficient, high-power engine with excellent load capacity.
