CMP and Maine's electric utility industry were built by people like retired CMP Customer Service employee, Nancy Pratt-Knowlton, who worked in our Lewiston offices and once handled 7,000 customer accounts decades before the first computers were unboxed in our Contact Center. A big thank you to Nancy and others like her for their service to all of our customers over our 125 years!
