I recently got a new laptop with an:
i7 2.6Ghz
16Gb Ram
GeForce GT 750M
1TB flash storage SSD.
This is a fully maxed out MacBook Pro Retina for doing a lot of graphics design and photo editing.

How To Record:
step 1. Open the applications folder.
step 2. Click on QuickTime Player.
step 3. Click on "File" in the top right.
step 4. Then click "New screen recording"
step 5. And then click on the arrow next to the record button
step 6. Then record and have fun
