WNEW-FM 'Coliseum' by DJ Rosko
A reading by DJ William 'Rosko' Mercer of a poem by possibly by Yevgeny Yevtushenko. At the time this was recorded, circa late 1960s, this served to illustrate the discontent with the war in Vietnam, the current society and generally all wars. If anyone knows for sure who wrote this please let me know so I may give the appropriate credit.
I just confirmed that this poem is one by Yevgeny Yevtushenko. There is a recording of him (in Russian) and another man (in English) reciting this poem. The poem, spoken in English, is found at ~14:10 into the second of two recordings at;
