How to bake a simple & easy Pepperoni Pan Pizza, without yeast.
For the recipe we need the following ingredients:
Ingredients for 2 pizzas:
...for the dough:
•300 grams flour
•150 milliliters water
•25 milliliters olive oil
•½ sachet baking powder
•½ teaspoon salt
•Additional flour for the countertop
...more ingredients:
•About 150 grams grated cheese
•6 tablespoons sieved tomatoes (or pizza sauce of your choice)
•About 30 small salami slices
•Salt, pepper & oregano
Kitchen gadgets:
•Kitchen machine or mixer with dough hook
•Mixing bowl
•Rolling pin
•Pizza pan or baking tray + parchment paper
