How to install VMWare Tools in CentOS.
Steps for installation of VMware tools.
1.Mount VMware tools DVD from VM machine.to check mounted DVD run Command df -h.
2.Access mount point and press ls command.
3.copy VMwaretools.tar.gz file into another location (ex./opt/).
4.Access /opt/ and extract that tar file.
5.Run tar -xvf VM....tar.gz file for extract tar file.
6.After extract file go to vmware-distrib folder and run vmware-tool-install.pl file.
7.check vm ware tools status by /etc/init.d/vmware-tools status.
