How to Change an Old Bathroom Faucet and Rusty Drain - Thrift Diving
Don't call a plumber to do something that you can easily do yourself. It's intimidating to think of changing your old bathroom sink faucet and rusty drain yourself. I know--because I procrastinated for YEARS on replacing the bathroom faucet, for the same reasons you did. I was afraid of leaks....didn't think I was knowledgeable enough, and didn't want to break anything and make it worse! But with a couple of tools (most importantly, a pair of channel lock pliers), you can change your old bathroom faucets (and drain!) in about 1-2 hours. Here's how!
