In this video, we will answer the question:
How do you max out your Troops to 600 in your APCs, in the Last Fortress Underground?
Troops add a lot of power to your lineups, so make sure you're maxing out their level and numbers.
To max their level, upgrade your gyms until level 30 to start training T10 soldiers
To max out their numbers and get 600 troops in your cars, you need to complete research in the Lab.
This video shows you the easiest way to get to 600.
The main milestones are 540, 590, and 600
Complete the bare minimum on the attack and defense master research; this will allow you to obtain the 540 very quickly. 590 troops take a little longer, as you have to get about half the research done, but then your APCs are almost maxed out.

Important to note:
T10 soldiers take a lot more resources, were talking 1200 iron vs 19 iron
Ways to amp up your iron output:
-Policy cards to increase the iron collecting and gathering load
-Constantly gather and make sure your using heroes that increase gathering speed and load
-The Plunderer APC is also the best apc to gather
-Nate is a good investment so he can auto-collect from your mines
-Solari heroes have skills to increase your iron as well, get them and upgrade that skill to bank more.
-If your getting attacked and plundered a lot you won't have enough resources to train these stronger soldiers or even max your cars out. To avoid this, always have an exit strategy like a construction tent, go to homeworld, random relocation, or main city relocation to escape danger. Also spread out, dont look like a farm, it will save you so many resources if you follow these tips.
-Get Helen for the infirmary, she automatically makes/refills meds and increases the infirmary capacity and treatment speed.
-New artifacts also have iron boosts, only use these if you dont have better ones for your heroes
