Vatican CHANGES Procedure For Marian Apparitions
The Vatican has announced that a bishop can no longer pronounce a Marian apparition 'worthy of belief'. Although the local bishop will remain the one to investigate an alleged apparition, only the Vatican can officially determine the result of the investigation.
