What Is Periscope?
It's a video streaming app that allows you to stream a video of you (or whatever you're filming) LIVE to the world.
The more popular your "Scopes" the followers you'll have.
When you have lots of followers that like your content they will comment while you're live streaming and also give you hearts. People give you hearts by tapping on the screen and little hearts appear - and this means they love you - LOL! :)
Periscope has been around a couple of years, but it's recently gone viral after it was bought by Twitter in March 2015.
As of August 2015 there are about 10-million users and it's growing exponentially.
However, many people are using periscope to watch interesting scopes, 99% of people still don't know to use Periscope to promote their business and brand properly.
In fact there's only a very small amount of people doing this, so the market is wide open.
But ... my advice is to be smart and give value to your audience. Don't just use Periscope as a pitch-fest ... you'll repel customers like the plague.
If you give something your niche wants and deliver it in an interesting or entertaining way, then you'll start to build a loyal following.
