Download the windows version of OMNeT++
Click on this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1M_dD...
Extract the zip file in C Drive only
Double Click on the file mingwenv.cmd
It will bring up a console with the MSYS bash shell. On the first start of the shell, you may need to wait for the extraction of the tools directory.
Then enter the following commands:
$ ./configure
$ make
You should be able to start the IDE by typing: $ omnetpp
