How to get all weapon skins in BF1 without Battlepacks
This does not work with vehicle skins and even though it seems like you have unlocked all the weapons and meeles you havent and if you to equip it you will just spawn with out.
This only "WEAPON SKINS" not the weapons themselfs.
The code: -SyncedBFSettings.AllUnlocksUnlocked true
Please note that if you want to remove this feature you just simply have to remove the code from command line arguments and everything will be back to normal.
