Three single girls and three single guys live in separate apartments within the dating house. During their stay they embark on a series of dates in the dark to see if true love really is blind. They initially meet up for a group date, where they must decipher who they are most attracted to and whom they would like to meet for their first individual round of dates.
After the first round of dating, only one couple has genuinely bonded. The other four daters remain undecided. Will the reveal of their most compatible partner help as their psychological and sociological love matches are revealed? To help them in their love quest, theres hula hoop grinding, a pillow fight frenzy and a cheeky peck on the lips as roaming hands try out a bit of face paintingall in the dark.
Ultimately, after three rounds of dating, they must decide which dater they want to see revealed in the light. Just how much will looks really matter? And will ten seconds of light ruin days of chemistry and bonding? Theres nail-biting tension as tough decisions are made. After seeing each other in the light, they must make one final big decision; to meet up face to face or walk away.
There are mixed feelings as daters see their partners in the light for the first time and they question their usual physical preferences in the opposite sex. Phil contemplates whether he wants to continue dating his perfect match as hes certainly not blown away by her looks. Adam isnt struck by cupids arrow either. And despite Marys shocker on seeing Ian, will personality shine through and entice her to meet him in the drawing roomor will she leave him broken hearted and walk out of the front door?
