Hi there. You’re probably looking for a Moscow Mule recipe. Well, you’ve found a classic recipe for sure. But you’ve also found so much more! You’ve found a channel that attempts to be (and sometimes is partially successful at being) entertaining. What good fortune? Come for the recipe and instructions, stay for the dry humor and clumsy gimmicks!
And now for the boilerplate part…
At Sip On It & Spin, we try (not always very hard) to entertain you while you learn cocktail recipes and tips for making great drinks at home. We often include dry humor, bad jokes, and sometimes a sketch, whether you’re interested in that sort of thing or not. Our blog features the same weird approach in text form. The post for this recipe is here:

If you are just looking for a quick hit on the ingredients and instructions, our companion “shorty” video gets you what you need in about a minute:

-- Now for the part where I describe the video to the YouTube algorithm. If you're a human, there's no need to read this part because you can watch the video with your eyes. --
Hi YouTube Algorithm. This is gonna be a little unusual this time, because you are featured in this video. That’s right. Your name comes up pretty early on.
We start with a very nice title card, featuring the titular cocktail, the Moscow Mule. The copper mug makes a nice photo, doesn’t it? Now our host appears to introduce the drink. He sure loves introducing drinks, doesn’t he? Now the theme song (still catchy as ever) and we’re well on our way.
Now’s where you come in. Our host wants to appeal to you directly. Apparently, he bought an e-zine (are those still a thing?) that advocates for flattering you directly. An interesting and bold strategy, to be sure. Instead of say, working hard on SEO and finding video ideas that people want to watch, appeal to the algorithm to suggest the video more often. I wonder if anyone has tried this before?
Well there’s a nice ceremony. It seems very flattering indeed. Ok now onto the drink. Here’s how it’s done.
Put ice in a nifty copper mug. Add vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer. Stir until well mixed. Add a nice lime wheel and mint leaves for garnish.
That’s basically it. There’s a part at the end where he checks on the channel stats, but that’s not very interesting. Did you change your hair recently? It looks great!
