My 1985 Honda 250 Big Red
PLEASE READ FIRST
This is a walk around of my 85 Big red. I got this bike a couple years ago and have been tinkering with it for a while. It's pretty much all original, but I've had to replace the choke and have had the carb rebuilt and re-jetted, but still need a new throttle cable. I also made the muffler on the back. When I bought the bike, the muffler had a hole in it and the tip and baffle were rotted and was making a horrible noise. I heat wrapped the muffler and tried to close off the hole. The next day I got on to ride and the front of the muffler exploded, so I took the muffler of and straight piped it but it was way too loud and annoying, so I took the muffler and an old exhaust tip and the baffle, and rigged this custom muffler up. I have another 85 Honda sx that I need to rebuild, but it has a plastic tank that I may throw on the bike soon, but I guess we'll see. I'll definitely have more vids of it later as more is done to it.
