Problem solution: Quality Factor of Two branch Network
Hi All, Here I have solved the question 16.8 of Engineering Circuit Analysis (8th Ed) Hayt Kimmerlyedited. Question is as follows- The series combination of 10 and 10 nF is in parallel with the series combination of 20 and 10 mH. (a) Find the approximate resonant frequency of the parallel network. (b) Find the Q of the RC branch. (c) Find the Q of the RL branch. (d) Find the three-element equivalent of the original network.
Instead of solving the each one I have focused on Overall Q of network and in doing so all the questions have been solved. Hope you will enjoy this video.
