Chapter 02 Part 2 - Capacitive Effects in PN Junctions
In this video I have explained about the Capacitive concepts in the PN junction and derived the formulae for Capacitance . Depletion capacitance and Diffusion capacitance both are discussed in details.
Note that in reverse bias voltage current will be negligible so the Diffusion capacitance won't come in role play in this case.
