Labeler Conveyor & Pack-on/off Tables

In one of our recent projects, a client was in need of a custom solution to label blank beer cans. Building a custom conveyance system and integrating it to the existing components were key to this project. The solution for this project incorporated the following features:
-Custom conveyor line and pack-on/off tables were manufactured
-A Wrap-Around Labeller was seamlessly integrated with the Bevco conveyor
-A pack-on and pack-off table were included on the infeed and outfeed end of the conveyor line to allow operators to manually load and unload cans onto the line.
-The conveyor was built on locking casters so that it could be moved around the brewery as needed.
-A local VFD was installed, it controls the drive speed and can turn the conveyor on or off. The VFD comes with a 120V outlet to plug directly into any wall socket.
