Bevco's Twist Rinse
The Bevco Twist Rinser removes any contaminants from empty cans before they enter the filler. As the video demonstrates, the Twist Rinser employs a two-part approach to particle removal. Firstly, it inverts the empty cans 180 degrees, exposing the open ends to a series of ionized air nozzles. These nozzles blast away any loose particles, leaving the cans clean. Then the Twist Rinser uses a powerful vacuum system to capture and remove any lingering debris. Once the cans have undergone this thorough cleansing process, they are reoriented back to their upright position and transferred onto the filler infeed conveyor.
A unique feature of the Bevco Twist Rinser is its specially designed dynamic dead plate. This component, attached to the twist rinser laneways and upper infeed conveyor, allows for rapid adjustments to accommodate different can sizes. With a simple maneuver, users can unlock the two hard stops, reposition the guide rail carriages, and relock the hard stops, all within a matter of ten seconds.
