Anxiety can feel so overwhelming that you just want to avoid it. That can make us avoid doing hard things. It can make us avoid triggering our anxiety. Perhaps you avoid going to certain places, seeing certain people or doing certain activities.

Unfortunately avoidance is fuel to anxiety’s fire and can keep us in a cycle. The more we avoid, the bigger our anxiety grows.

So how do you get off this anxiety avoidance loop that continues to grow anxiety? We’ll be talking about that in this week’s YouTube video!
