Recipe :
300G bread flour
220 Red Wine (Reduced the alcohol )
30G Fruit yeast Poolish + 30G Sourdough Starter
6G salt
Filling:
Raisins and Cranberries (Soaked in Wine)
Rosemary
For Steak Sandwich :
Sirloin Steak 100G
Half of Onion
Garlic 2 Pieces
Butter 1 tsp
Seasoning
Mushroom Sauce :
Half of cup Mushrooms
1/4 cup Wine
1/4 cup stock
Italian herbs
Butter + tsp flour (for thicken the sauce)
Fresh black pepper
