Executive Protection Notes: We bought the cheapest Bug Sweeper online...
As part of our Executive Protection training academy, we conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), or Bug Sweeps. We have high end equipment to search for a variety of listening devices, GPS tracker on vehicles, cell phones etc. Typically, a professional piece of TSCM gear costs $15,000 USD or more. We teach our students how to utilize the equipment, and then we take them to real-world environments where our installers have hidden actual mini-cameras, GPS devices, audio devices and cell phones. The students will sweep multi-million dollar estates, board rooms, hotel rooms and vehicles just as they would have to on the job as an executive protection specialist. I had always seen the ads for extremely cheap bug sweep devices (less than $50 USD) online and wanted to try them out to see if they worked at all. So I purchased the cheapest one I could find and tried it out in one of the estates that we test our students in with the expensive gear. This video shows the results.
