Recipe -
For the Oreo base...
150g crushed/pulverised Oreos (with the cream!)
45g melted butter
1.5 tsp Golden Syrup
For the Cheesecake...
575g cream cheese, like Philadelphia
115g caster sugar
2 lg eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
food colour paste in your choice of colours
For the ganache...
75g dark 70% or 50% chocolate
75g double/heavy cream
Rainbow sprinkles!
