We're back with another Bake Along, this time we're tackling the British Classic that is.. the Scone! soft buttery, flakey deliciousness topped with a healthy dollop of clotted cream (a must!) and a homemade strawberry goo (a quick and easy jam!). this recipes makes around 14-18 scones (depending on the size of your cutter!).

Pinch Sea Salt
110g Cold Butter, Chopped
220g Milk
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk for Brushing
STRAWBERRY GOO
200g Strawberries
60g Caster Sugar
Clotted Cream or Butter to finish!
