Hi everybody! Click below for the full ingredients and description...
Today we are exploring the Swedish concept of Fika which loosely translates to 'coffee break'. And although coffee is involved, Fika, means so much more. It is in fact a ritual and perhaps even a state of mind that the Swedes celebrate on a daily basis. It is time out, away from work duties, to socialise and allow our brains and bodies to refresh. This is such a beautiful concept and resonates with the idea behind these mindful baking videos that Sam and I are creating.
So what better treat to make than Swedish Chokladbollar. These simple no bake bites are quick, easy and delicious. We hope that you will bake along and perhaps share your treats with colleagues by suggesting a short Fika in your work day.
