Help Scout Time Tracking Integration | Everhour

Our Help Scout integrations shows the "Start Timer" button on every support ticket, so your team can track time without leaving what they’re doing. When you start the timer on a ticket, Everhour will take the ticket’s id, title, contact person, ticket url, join it all together and start the timer on your personal timesheet in Everhour.
Instructions
1. Sign up for free and install our browser extension - https://everhour.com/signup
2. Log in to extension and grant our extension access to helpscout.net site.
3. Open the tickets page in Help Scout and a timer button for each ticket will automatically appear
4. Head over to app.everhour.com to view your time entries. When you track time from Help Scout, we'll copy the ticket id, subject and client name to the time entry in Everhour, with a link back to the Help Scout conversation.
