Coconut Macaroon Bars
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted melted butter / margarine
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk or coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups sweetened desiccated coconut
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/4 tsp. Salt
For topping:(optional)
1/2 cup semi-sweetened chocolate chips
Bake in preheated oven 350°F for 30 mins
