Fish Pochero / Pocherong Isda
Ingredients :
1 kilo fish (mackerel, tuna, salmon, tilapia, pompano)
3 pcs saba banana
1 carrot
1 big potato
1 medium onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 finger ginger root
1 can 15 ounces tomato sauce
1 can water using tomato sauce can
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3-4 heads of small bokchoy
1/4 kilo of green beans
Green or red chili (optional)
Red bell pepper
1 can red kidney beans (washed and drained)
2 tbsps fish sauce, can substitute with soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground pepper
2 taps salt
Olive oil
Oil for frying
